Over ten years ago, our love of camping began. We have progressed from a tent to a pop-up camper, a 25 ft. travel trailer and finally to a 35 ft. travel trailer. “Big Woody,” is the name of our Rockwood Ultra Lite, and is a perfect fit for our family. Our home base is Knoxville, Tennessee, but camping has taken us on several adventures ranging from 1 night to weeks at a time.
Since we are blessed to live only an hour from the beautiful Smoky Mountains, most of our camping happens there. Our boys LOVE Dollywood, Soaky Mountain Waterpark, and everything else Pigeon Forge. We are fortunate to be homeschooling them, and with that flexibility we are able to spend more quality time together exploring and camping as much as possible.
